Integrative Physical Therapy

Integrative physical therapy opens the doors for whole-body healing. Our bodies carry innate wisdom and often speak to us in the form of symptoms, aches, pains, and injuries. And because we live in a world that often promotes disconnection from our physical selves, Often, we often ignore these symptoms.

Our integrative approach to physical therapy includes an in-depth evaluation of movements and postures while assessing your strengths and weaknesses. Together, we will work to release tension throughout the structures of your body using a hands-on approach while providing space for energetic and emotional releases as they arise. We will build upon the inherent force of your body and improve areas of instability.

Throughout the process, we will also design a mindful movement practice tailored to your specific needs to address holding patterns, promote strength and wellness, and relieve tension on your own.

Let’s work together to reconnect and find new ways to integrate the mind and the body into wholeness and begin to create a new way of living.

We accept most major insurance benefits!
